She has been Secretary and General Counsel of Schewel Furniture Company, Inc. since 1993. Ms. Clark received a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Goucher College, a Masters of Arts from Brown University, and J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary. Ms. Clark currently serves as vice chair of the board of directors of New Vistas School, chair of the Board of Administration of Agudath Sholom Congregation and chair of the Campaign for Equal Justice of the Virginia Legal Aid Society. Ms. Clark provides the board with legal experience, particularly in the area of business law, as well as experience in liability management and consumer financing.
